Milosz Hodun

Milosz Hodun, PhD, is the president of the Projekt: Polska Foundation and the treasurer of the European Liberal Forum. He has developed and implemeted a number of capacity building projects for European liberal start-up parties and civil society organisations. He is also an advisor and member of the campaign team of the Polish liberal party Nowoczesna and has worked in political campaigns of the party and its key candidates. He is a lawyer and an adjunct professor at the University of Reykjavik.

Central European countries remain committed to a parliamentary system of governance as opposed to the presidential system favored by most of their counterparts in the former Soviet bloc. Their stories were supposed to have happy endings and make Central Europe a valedictorian of the European Union. Unfortunately, this did not last long.
