The 4Liberty.eu network serves as a platform to advance the liberty movement in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) by leveraging intellectual and institutional capital of its member organisations.

Membership criteria:

1. Alignment with Classical Liberal Values: Prospective members should demonstrate a commitment to classical liberal principles, including economic, political, and civic liberties, respect for human rights, democracy, and the rule of law.
2. Expertise and Track Record of the Organization: Organizations seeking membership should have a track record of high-quality outputs aligned with liberal values.
3. Professional autonomy and integrity: Organizations seeking membership should have no government affiliation.
4. Geographical Representation: Organisations seeking membership shall be based in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).
5. Active participation in the network is required to retain the status of a member organization.

Acceptance and exclusion of organizations shall be determined through a transparent and inclusive process:

• Application Process: Prospective members submit applications outlining their compliance with membership criteria to the 4liberty.eu network. The candidate member should secure two letters of recommendation from the existing active members.
• Consensus Decision-Making: New members are accepted by means of consensus among all existing active members. Exclusion of a member from the network requires a unanimous vote of all other members.
• Regular Membership Review: Active contribution to the network is subject to due diligence.
