The price of Bitcoin has doubled since the beginning of the year, currently floating around USD 1,900 per Bitcoin. There are a few generally stated reasons why the virtual currency is on the rise. There have been recurring talks about the Exchange Trade Fund, which should ordinarily be traded on the larger exchange markets.

Fortunately, this time, the Slovaks are actually doing something right. Despite all the protracted protests of taxi drivers, liberals from the ranks of the opposition decided to amend the Road Transport Act. What exactly does Ukraine sell to the EU? Has the trade structure changed during last three years taking into account multiple factors such as improved access to the EU market, lower global commodity prices, and economic crisis of 2014-2015?

Governments spend financial resources on various functions ranging from healthcare to social protection to education to defence and others. Inevitably, a part of public finance is allocated to the functioning of the bureaucratic system because general public services are necessary for other public services to exist.
