Thomas Leys

Was born in Belgium in 1981 and has been an Individual Member of LYMEC since 2009. He was President of the International Federation of Liberal Youth between 2010 - 2014. Presently, he serves as a member of the Advisory Council on Youth of the Council of Europe. He has a Master's degree in Law and a Candidate degree in Political Science from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven.

Where Is Our European Bill of Rights?

We should fight for a European Bill of Rights, which is the European Convention on Human Rights, and declare this to be our minimal standards for the democratic society we are constructing in Europe.
