Nowadays, Polish Democrats must learn how to navigate the increasingly complicated reality of geopolitics and juggle competing priorities. In this context, however, the United States of America should be kept as a crucial associate as long as possible. The global balance of power and a realistic assessment of future trends make this strategy essential for Polish democracy.

The new Trump administration’s recent political offensive targeted at the European Union, as well as its fairly ambiguous approach towards the question of the Russo-Ukrainian war, have led Brussels to initiate a desperate search for EU-based solutions within the sphere of security and defense. Decision-making processes stretching over the past few months have undergone a sudden acceleration.

What impact has populism on our democracies? What are the common misconceptions of China in the West? Are the views of Russia and geopolitics in general evolving? And what is the role of modern France in Europe?

What does the political situation in Germany look like before the European elections? What is Germany\'s attitude to the Russian war in Ukraine? And how are the green and liberal parties faring?

We pay too little global attention to what is happening in China. The Communist Party persistently continues the policy of a restrictive lockdown in response to COVID for over 2.5 years. Funnily enough, this policy is probably an ideal dream for many opinion leaders in Poland, given their position just a few months ago. But seriously, in the Chinese authoritarian system, this sanitary regime is more violent than anywhere else in the democratic world.

The geopolitics of cyberspace derives from the geopolitics of information and is crying now for a posture of its own, ad par with the old-time geopolitics. This paper tries to sketch some contours, overlappings and missing spots of the geopolitics of cyberspace as seen at the crossroads.
